Client Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to interact with existing and potential clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product or service information.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns promptly.
• Follow up with clients regarding service updates, payments, or feedback.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve customer satisfaction and retention goals.
• Prepare reports on customer interactions and business opportunities.
