Client Service Executive

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Client Service Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships and delivering a positive client experience.

You will work closely with the team to support client engagement, understand clients' needs and ensure timely follow-ups. Fresh graduates and candidates looking to build their experience in client servicing and financial services are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients

• Engage with clients to understand their financial needs, priorities and goals

• Conduct follow-ups and assist with appointment scheduling

• Support the team in client engagement and relationship-building activities

• Participate in training and professional development programmes

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree holders; fresh graduates are welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented and comfortable interacting with different people
• Responsible, organised and attentive to details
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Able to work independently as well as within a team
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or client-facing roles is an advantage, but not required
