Client Relationship Executive

The role

Some people go to an event and leave with a few new contacts and a couple of follow-up coffees booked. If that's you, this job is mostly that, with a salary attached.

Guildhall is an award-winning executive search firm in Dubai, placing professionals across finance, construction and investment throughout the GCC and MENA. We're good at winning clients, arguably the best, because of this we need people whose job it is to make sure they are happy, communicated with and loved.

What you'll do:

• Meet our clients regularly for coffees, lunches and catch-ups

• Represent Guildhall at industry events, launches and business evenings in Dubai

• Help plan and run our own client events

• Stay in touch with clients after we've placed someone, and find out what they need next

• Introduce useful people to each other

• Keep Guildhall visible on social media, sharing our events, client news and the people we meet

What you don't need:

Recruitment or sales experience. We'll teach you how the business works. This is not a sales job. These are existing clients that need a bit of TLC as our amazing consultants can't clone themselves to be everywhere unfortunately.

Requirements:

You'll do well here if you

• Genuinely enjoy meeting people and keeping in touch

• Already have a network across Dubai's business or social scene

• Are comfortable talking to anyone, from a graduate to a CEO

• Follow up on every conversation

• Speak fluent English
