Client Relationship Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a Goa-based Client Relationship Executive to join Kalakriti. In this role, you will connect with hotels, resorts, restaurants, and banquet venues across Goa, present our ceramic tableware, glassware, studio pottery, and décor collections, understand client requirements, and coordinate orders from initial enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential hospitality clients across Goa.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with purchase managers, general managers, and other decision-makers.
• Present Kalakriti’s tableware, serveware, drinkware, and décor collections.
• Understand client requirements, prepare quotations, and follow up on enquiries.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery updates.
• Maintain records of client visits, enquiries, quotations, and order status.

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, or hospitality business development.
• Understanding of the hotel industry and hospitality purchasing process.
• Good communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable travelling within Goa for client meetings.
• Candidates must currently reside in Goa.
