Job Description

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage client communication, build strong relationships, and ensure a smooth client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries.
• Maintain accurate client records and update client information.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Handle client concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Follow up with clients regarding pending requirements.

Requirements

• Good English communication skills are required.
• Strong client-handling and follow-up skills.
• Confident and professional personality.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, travel, or client handling will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
