Role & responsibilities
Manage the customer journey after property booking until possession/handover.
Coordinate for KYC, documentation, agreement, registration, and possession.
Track customer payment schedules, outstanding payments, receipts, and collections.
Coordinate with Accounts, Legal, Sales, CRM, Projects, and Banks.
Assist customers with home-loan and disbursement-related coordination.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records and updates in CRM/ERP.
Prepare regular MIS and booking/payment status reports.
Ensure timely completion of all post-sales activities and provide a smooth customer experience.
