Job Overview

We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, build strong relationships, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle client queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Handle client queries through WhatsApp, calls, and email.
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and improving client engagement.
• Collect client feedback and share insights with the relevant teams.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Good follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable handling calls and client conversations.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Candidates with a background in customer support, sales, client servicing, or relationship management are preferred.
