Client Relationship Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service delivery, including equity broking, mutual funds sales, wealth management services, portfolio management services (PMS), alternative investments, KYC verification, onboarding processes.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' needs, preferences, and expectations to provide tailored solutions.
• Manage client relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Client Relationship Management or Key Account Management in Financial Services sector.
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets/ Stock Market/ Wealth Management/ Broking/ Sales/ Shares/ Alternative Investments etc. .
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (e.g., B.B.A. / B.M.S.).
