Job Description

VisnAix is looking for a Client Relationship Executive to maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure smooth communication, and provide timely support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with existing clients.

• Share approved project updates and important information with clients.

• Record client queries, concerns, and feedback.

• Coordinate with internal teams to track and resolve client issues.

• Follow up on pending concerns and ensure timely communication.

• Conduct client satisfaction check-ins.

• Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports.

• Escalate critical client concerns to the relevant manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.

• Good verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and reporting.

• Ability to manage multiple client relationships professionally.

• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.
