Client Relationship Executive

Core Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at top-tier accounts.

Sales Growth & Revenue Expansion: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to maximize account value and share of wallet.

Contract & Proposal Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contract renewals to secure profitable agreements that align with company sales targets.

Internal Coordination: Work closely with product, service, project, and operations teams to ensure client deliverables, orders, and custom solutions are fulfilled on time.

Issue Resolution: Handle day-to-day client requests, troubleshoot operational problems, and escalate critical service complaints quickly to prevent churn.

Account Planning & Forecasting: Track sales figures against quotas, monitor account activity using CRM software, and prepare regular performance and revenue reports.

Market & Business Analysis: Analyze client data, study industry trends, and present strategic business plans or category proposals to key clients.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
