Client Relationship Executive - Fresher

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for Demat account opening through outbound calls, referrals, and other sales activities.
• Explain the benefits and features of Demat and trading accounts offered through Angel One.
• Assist customers with the account-opening process, including KYC documentation and verification.
• Educate clients on the basics of stock market investing, trading, and the use of trading applications.
• Guide customers in navigating the trading platform, understanding market information, and accessing available investment tools.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into successful account openings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to improve customer engagement and retention.
• Conduct product presentations and explain available financial services in a clear and professional manner.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation, Demat account openings, and client activation.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, account openings, and conversions.
• Stay updated on stock market fundamentals, financial products, and company offerings.
• Follow all applicable KYC, compliance, and customer communication guidelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.13 - ₹40,000.00 per month
