About the Role

Geisha Designs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a CRM professional to manage client, buyer, and customer relationships, support sales activities, and ensure smooth communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle communication and follow-ups with buyers, clients, and customers.
• Manage customer queries, requirements, feedback, and concerns.
• Support the sales team in lead follow-ups, conversions, and client servicing.
• Coordinate with internal teams for orders, samples, requirements, and deliveries.
• Maintain customer databases, sales records, and follow-up reports.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and presentable.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and CRM tools.
• Fashion/apparel industry experience will be an added advantage.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
