Client Relationship Executives (20K - 25K)

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Client Relationship Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Central Central and Western District. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively engaging with clients to understand their unique business needs and challenges
• Developing tailored solutions to meet client objectives and deliver exceptional service
• Maintaining regular communication with clients and providing updates on ongoing initiatives
• Identifying new opportunities to expand our client relationships and drive business growth
• Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery
• Providing regular performance updates and reporting to the wider team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing or account management role, preferably within the sales or account and relationship management industry
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusted relationships with clients at all levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address client needs
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
