Job Description: Client Relationship Manager

[Fixed Salary + Incentive]

* Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and business development activities.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and investment needs.

* Drive growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) by sourcing fresh investments from new and existing clients.

* Increase the assigned Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) book through regular client engagement and portfolio reviews.

* Cross-sell investment and wealth management products based on client requirements and risk profiles.

* Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and expand the active investment portfolio.

* Provide timely investment guidance and ensure clients are informed about relevant market opportunities and financial products.

* Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive communication, regular follow-ups, and prompt issue resolution

* Maintain accurate client records and ensure all transactions comply with SEBI regulations and internal compliance policies.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, execution of transactions, and client servicing.

* Stay updated on financial markets, investment products, and industry trends to provide value-added client support.

* Represent the organization professionally and contribute to strengthening the firm's brand and client trust.
