What they need
Role: Customer Relationship Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit customers for doorstep service, KYC, onboarding & activation
- Deliver and demonstrate Niyo Global Forex Cards & Niyo Express services
- Explain and cross-sell products like Travel Insurance, E-SIM, Forex Cash, etc.
- Maintain good customer relationships and generate referrals
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
- Achieve sales/service targets and stay updated on product knowledge
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any stream
- 03 years experience in Sales/Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills in English + Hindi + local language
- Presentable and confident with good interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with customer-facing and field work
- Experience in financial products/sales will be an added advantage
- Personal two-wheeler preferred
