This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing relationship management with growth initiatives and thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Duties

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across an existing portfolio of corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and service performance.
  • Drive portfolio growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts while proactively developing new business opportunities through strategic networking, market engagement, and tailored client solutions.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including client discovery, proposal development, presentations, commercial negotiations, onboarding, and activation of new services.
  • Monitor client performance, conduct regular business reviews, and work closely with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, people, safety, and service teams to deliver exceptional service outcomes and resolve issues effectively.
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and account performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, increased utilisation of services, and long-term commercial growth.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, business development, or a similar commercially focused role, with a demonstrated ability to build long-term customer partnerships and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong consultative sales and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience preparing proposals, negotiating agreements, and influencing decision-makers across a range of organisational levels.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to identify opportunities, analyse client performance, and develop tailored solutions that deliver value for both customers and the business.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong organisational abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience within hospitality, facilities management, workplace services, employee experience, or other service-led environments will be highly regarded, as will a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes and continuous improvement.
