Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to oversee and strengthen relationships with our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact, ensuring that client needs are understood and addressed effectively. Your work will focus on client retention and long-term partnership development.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as their primary contact.
• Understand client goals and ensure our services align with their expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
• Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and add value for existing clients.
• Address client concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity.

Requirements

• Previous experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with standard office software and CRM tools.
• A client-focused approach with attention to detail.

Pay: $38,506.01-$103,929.09 per year
