Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across assigned locations.
• Develop and execute delivery roadmaps to achieve project milestones.
• Manage client, partner, and stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor project performance and ensure quality service delivery.
• Mentor and lead field teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Build and strengthen delivery teams through training and capacity building.
• Collaborate with ground stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
• Support business growth through innovative and sustainable operational strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree in any discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the social impact/development sector.
• Strong leadership, project management, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local state language.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including remote locations.
• Empathetic, proactive, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
