What they need
Role Responsibilities
- Lead campaign design and launch strategies for real estate projects
- Manage marketing budgets, ROI and cost efficiency across projects and zones
- Analyse campaign performance, leads, site visits, bookings and conversions
- Drive initiatives to increase direct lead contribution and lead quality
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with Marketing, Digital, PR, Creative and Presales teams
- Present campaign insights, challenges and strategic recommendations to leadership
Eligibility
10 -15 years of experience in Real Estate Marketing, Client Servicing or Business Development
Strong experience in campaign planning and project launches
Hands-on experience in budget management and performance analysis
Strong understanding of real estate markets, customer behavior and competitive trends
Excellent stakeholder and developer relationship management skills
Strong leadership, communication and strategic thinking abilities
