Position: Client Relationship Manager

Location: Kochi

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the inbound sales team to achieve business targets
• Conduct product training sessions and ensure team members have thorough product knowledge
• Monitor sales calls, customer interactions and service quality
• Perform regular quality checks and provide feedback for improvement
• Support the team in converting leads and handling customer queries
• Track team performance and implement strategies to improve conversions
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare performance reports and update management regularly

Requirements:

• Proven experience in client relationship management, sales team handling or customer service management
• Strong leadership and team training abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in quality monitoring and performance management
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting

Salary: Best in Industry

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Edapalli, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
