Role Summary:
Own the client lifecycle from onboarding to retention, ensuring high engagement, strong relationships, and continuous value realization while driving revenue through renewals and upselling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction
- Handle client onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption
- Drive recharges and renewals from existing clients
- Identify upsell opportunities and support revenue growth
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve client queries and improve overall experience
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to handle client conversations around revenue, renewals, and upselling
- Comfortable with sales-oriented discussions and pricing conversations
- Client handling and problem-solving ability
- Familiarity with CRM tools
