Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships and inquiries
• Handle CRM lifecycle from booking to possession

Manage Post sales documentation, Home loan & payments, follow-ups with clients, and post possession support.

• Coordinate with sales and other internal teams efficiently
• Maintain CRM records and generate reports
• Ensure excellent customer service and issue resolution

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in CRM, customer service and real estate is mandatory.

Strong communication and coordination skills

Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel

Immediate joiners will be preferred
