Client Relationship Manager

About the role
An opportunity for an experienced CRM/CSO to support financial advisers, manage client relationships and oversee advice implementation. Join a growing boutique practice with scope to develop paraplanning skills and take on greater technical responsibilities over time.

• Coordinate client meetings, annual reviews and follow-up actions
• Manage client workflows and deliver a high-quality client experience
• Oversee advice implementation and track outstanding tasks
• Prepare review packs, meeting files and supporting documents
• Liaise with clients, platforms, insurers and external professionals
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with strategy development and SOA preparation as skills grow

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience supporting advisers in a financial planning business
• Strong understanding of advice implementation and review processes
• Confident client communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organisation, accuracy and workflow management
• Paraplanning experience and/or relevant financial planning qualifications highly regarded
