Job Description:

Badiya Brand is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to handle client requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Follow up on project progress and timely delivery.
• Collect client feedback and resolve queries.
• Maintain client relationships and support client retention.
• Identify referral opportunities and potential business leads.
• Attend client meetings and field visits when required.

Requirements:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of sales and client handling.
• Experience in client servicing or digital marketing is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
