營銷客戶經理 Client Relationship Manager (CRM)

Key Responsibilities / 主要職責

• 执行公司营销策略，开发新客户，完成个人及团队销售指标；Execute company marketing strategies, acquire new clients and achieve individual and team sales targets
• 通过电话、拜访、转介绍、渠道合作、市场活动等方式拓展客户资源；Develop client resources through cold calls, visits, referrals, channel partnerships and marketing events
• 维护现有客户关系，定期回访，了解客户需求，提升客户满意度与忠诚度；Maintain existing client relationships through regular follow-ups to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• 向客户介绍公司证券交易服务，推广港股、美股及相关金融产品；Introduce the company’s securities trading services and promote Hong Kong stocks, US stocks and related financial products
• 协助客户完成开户、KYC、风险披露、适当性评估及交易引导；Assist clients with account opening, KYC, risk disclosure, suitability assessment and trading guidance
• 收集市场信息与客户反馈，协助设计营销方案及客户活动；Collect market information and client feedback to support the design of marketing plans and client activities
• 参与路演、沙龙、讲座、展会等营销活动，提升公司品牌影响力；Participate in roadshows, salons, seminars and exhibitions to strengthen brand presence
• 严格遵守香港证监会及公司合规要求，确保业务开展合法合规；Strictly comply with SFC and internal compliance requirements

Requirements / 任職要求

• 本科或以上学历，金融、经济、工商管理、市场营销等相关专业优先；Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Marketing preferred
• 2年以上证券、银行、保险、财富管理或金融产品销售经验；有客户资源者优先；Minimum 2 years of experience in securities, banking, insurance, wealth management or financial product sales; existing client resources preferred
• 持有香港证监会第1类受规管活动持牌代表资格，或符合申请条件；已持牌者优先；Holder of SFC Type 1 Representative licence, or eligible to apply; licensed candidates preferred
• 熟悉香港证券市场及交易规则，了解港股、美股等产品；Familiar with Hong Kong securities market and trading rules, and knowledge of Hong Kong and US stocks
• 中英文沟通能力良好，具备较强的销售、沟通及抗压能力；Strong bilingual (Chinese & English) communication skills with excellent sales, interpersonal and stress-handling abilities
• 结果导向，积极主动，具备良好的客户服务意识及团队合作精神；Result-oriented, proactive, with strong client service mindset and team spirit
• 合规意识强，无不良从业记录；Strong compliance awareness and clean track record
• 可在香港合法工作；Eligible to work in Hong Kong
