Client Relationship Manager (F/M)

Your mission

Within our Data Management team, you will be involved in various projects and missions, such as:

‍ ‍ ‍ ‍

• Monitor existing and new relationships with the customers for whom you will be responsible
• Receive, process and respond to customer requests, inquiries, and amendments, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with the relevant departments
• Understand customer needs and requirements in order to identify sales opportunities accordingly
• Contribute to the development of profitability and the evolution of our value proposition

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Sales or related field
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally with an asset manager, fund distributor, investment services provider or fund platform
• Knowledge of written and spoken English and French. Ability to communicate with clarity and concision, others languages are appreciated
• Curious, proactive, creative, resourceful, willing to learn

Additional Requirements A valid work permit for Luxembourg and a clean criminal record are required.
