Client Relationship Manager, Fund Administration

Requirements:

·       5 years or more fund related client relationship experience is preferred.

·       Qualified or partially qualified in accounting or related financial discipline is preferred.

·       Good understanding on the daily operations as fund administration including compliance, NAV computation and transfer agency function.

·       Knowledge in Net Asset Value, waterfall distribution, carried interest calculation.

·       Advance knowledge in different fund jurisdiction, (Cayman, Hong Kong, Singapore).

·       Understanding on offshore regulatory reporting, FATCA and CRS.

·       Knowledge on PFS - Paxus is a plus.

·       Maintain and directly responsible for good relationship and understanding of client’s servicing requirements.

·       Collaborate and support on sales effort.

·       Day to day management of team members.

·       Must be fluent in spoken and written business English, fluent Mandarin and/or Cantonese are preferred.

·       Good interpersonal communication skills, eager to accept challenge and learn.

·       Being able to operate independently and work with offices in different locations and able to deal with multiple projects.

**Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate, Fund Administration.
