Key Responsibilities Do you have a track record of successfully managing client relationships? Are you able to create collaborative solutions in challenging and complex situations?

We're looking for a client relationship manager to:

• develop new business with institutional clients.
• cross-sell new products to existing clients
• provide high quality information services to satisfy sophisticated investors demand

The team You will be working in the Institutional Client Coverage (ICC) team in Japan.

UBS AM has functional reporting and ICC Japan reports to ICC Global Head.

ICC Japan covers Financial Institutions, Public Pensions and Corporate Pensions.

Your Skills And Experience

• business hunter sprit and DNA together with hospitality for maintaining existing investors
• ideally experience in financial industry as sales (either investment bank or asset management)
• in-depth knowledge of financial markets and various asset classes including alternatives
• native level Japanese and high level of English language for both writing and speaking
• good communication skill for both Japanese and English
• team player
• creative and flexible
• passion to work for business growth
• You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
