What they need
CIMB Niaga is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team and be placed across multiple locations in Indonesia.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage and grow client portfolios
* Acquire new clients and maintain strong client relationships
* Achieve funding and lending targets
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma
* Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, preferably with experience in relationship management and funding & lending products
* Strong analytical thinking, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills
* Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
* Highly motivated, hardworking, disciplined, agile, and persistent
* Strong integrity and initiative
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in English and/or Mandarin is preferred
