-Maintain client databases, CRM records, and engagement trackers
-Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
-Onboarding process for new clients
-Draft and issue Engagement Letters, Proposals etc
-Prepare & maintain firm's Order Book

-Strong verbal & written communication skills

-Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, CRM tools.
