Client Relationship Officer

Eureka is seeking an individual who wants to cultivate their passion and enthusiasm in Education.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the administration and facilitation of client projects.
• Address ad hoc inquiries and provide support to school clients and native English-speaking teachers.
• Facilitate the recruitment and deployment processes.
• Coordinate and prepare documentation and materials for school clients, including quotations, tenders, contracts, student handouts, and teaching notes.
• Process visa applications for native English teachers.

Requirements:

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese).
• Flexible, well-organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, approachable, outgoing, and friendly.
• University degree in any discipline.
• Fresh university graduates are welcome.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
