Client Relationship Officer (Global Markets)

Join our growing international fintech operations hub! We are seeking dynamic Client Relationship Officers to support our global customer engagement and portfolio growth. In this role, you will focus entirely on overseas client segments—assisting them with digital platform adaptation, account initialization, and financial platform service retention. We value practical client-facing skills and financial curiosity over elite academic credentials.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Account Initialization: Connect with international users via verified digital communication channels (including instant messaging tools, email, and corporate outreach systems).

·      Engagement & Retention: Guide overseas clients through platform onboarding, helping them successfully activate and utilize their global accounts.

·      Portfolio Support: Proactively touch base with existing platform users to encourage continued platform adoption, activity, and account funding.

·      Referral Assistance: Introduce active global users to our corporate referral and partnership frameworks where applicable.

·      Maintain accurate updates in the company's internal CRM platform.

Requirements:

·      Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking, Brokerage, FinTech, Wealth Management, or high-end financial customer support.

·      Highly adept at utilizing digital communication suites (messaging apps/video calls) to engage with diverse global audiences.

·      A strong problem-solving mindset with great willingness to learn global financial market infrastructure.

·      Excellent overall communication skills in English.

·      Open to all applicants with the required financial sector experience, regardless of university tier.
