Duties

• Manage and nurture client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement and personalized service
• Utilize Salesforce CRM system to track client interactions, update account information, and analyze customer data for insights
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver seamless client solutions
• Process orders efficiently using order management tools, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Conduct regular client check-ins to identify opportunities for upselling or service improvements
• Resolve customer service issues promptly by applying problem-solving skills and maintaining a positive attitude
• Support internal communication efforts by sharing client feedback and insights to enhance overall service quality
