Client Relations/Logistics Officer

We are an established 100% Filipino-owned stainless steel fabrication and manufacturing company with almost 30 years of industry experience, serving clients across the Philippines and abroad.

We are looking for an experienced Client Relations & Logistics Officer who will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, monitoring deliveries, and providing excellent customer service to ensure the timely and efficient completion of client orders.

Position Details

• Position: Full-time Client Relations & Logistics Officer
• Salary: Starting at ₱800.00 per day
• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field; undergraduates are welcome with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, scheduling, or dispatch coordination
• Experience in customer service, client relations, and administrative support
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Willing to render overtime when necessary
• Seeking a long-term career opportunity
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday
• Willing to work on-site in Novaliches, Quezon City, with a possible transfer to Lawang Bato, Valenzuela by early 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation providers to ensure the timely and accurate movement of shipments
• Monitor shipments from dispatch through final delivery
• Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding deliveries and order status
• Prepare, process, and monitor shipping documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Arrange special shipping requirements when necessary
• Track deliveries, resolve shipping issues, and coordinate corrective actions
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and local cargo services
• Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare reports
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
