  • Develop and optimize data pipelines, datamarts, and warehouse structures within SDP environments to enable advanced analytics
  • Partner cross-functionally with business, technology, and analytics teams to deliver high-impact, insight-driven reporting solutions
  • Design and build advanced dashboards, visualizations, and reporting assets using MicroStrategy and Tableau
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance through strong metadata management and documentation practices
  • Drive issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement across data and reporting processes
  • Support production operations, including managing issue queues, incident resolution, and business user support
  • Leverage AutoSys for job scheduling, monitoring, and automation of data workflows
  • Mentor junior analysts/developers and provide technical leadership across initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data warehousing roles within enterprise environments
  • Deep expertise in delivering analytic insights leveraging enterprise data warehouse (EDW) ecosystems and dimensional design principles
  • Extensive hands-on experience with MicroStrategy (reporting, dashboarding, visualization) and/or Tableau
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for complex query development, data analysis, and performance tuning
  • Proven ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex data and reporting issues
  • Experience working within Shared Data Platforms (SDP) or similar enterprise data ecosystems
  • Hands-on experience with AutoSys for job scheduling and production support
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and across diverse teams
  • Expertise in data governance, metadata management, and documentation best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business insights for stakeholders
