We're hiring a Client Representative to represent AT&T and work directly with new and existing customers. In this role, you'll be the face of the brand—building rapport, educating customers on products and services, answering questions, and providing personalized solutions that fit their needs. What You'll Do as a Client Representative:

• Represent AT&T in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Learn about each customer's needs and recommend products and services that best fit their lifestyle.
• Answer questions, address concerns, and ensure customers feel confident in their decisions.
• Guide customers through the enrollment and account setup process.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete necessary documentation.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and team goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
