Client Representative

TCI Solutions is growing in Temple, TX, and we’re seeking motivated, personable individuals to join our team as Client Representatives. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with people and want hands-on experience in customer service, sales, client relations, account enrollment, and customer acquisition.

Previous experience is not required. We provide structured training, ongoing coaching, and support to help new team members build communication skills, learn about client products and services, and grow confident in customer-facing interactions.

As a Client Representative, you will serve as a direct point of contact for prospective and existing customers in the Temple area. You’ll learn about their needs, explain available products and services, answer questions, and help them identify options that fit.

Client Representative Responsibilities

• Represent client brands professionally during in-person customer interactions
• Speak with prospective and existing customers in the Temple area
• Learn about customer needs, preferences, and service requirements
• Explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly and accurately
• Help customers compare options and choose suitable solutions
• Assist with new customer accounts and service enrollment
• Support existing customers with account questions, service updates, and available upgrades
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity
• Stay informed about client products, services, and campaign updates
• Collaborate with team members to support customer service and sales goals
• Participate in local customer outreach and promotional initiatives

Client Representative Qualifications

• Able to work full-time and on-site in Temple, TX
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
• Comfortable speaking directly with customers
• Dependable, organized, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, marketing, or client relations is helpful but not required
