Client Representative

Rise Up Innovation is growing in Detroit, MI, and we’re seeking motivated, personable individuals to join our team as Client Representatives. This full-time, on-site position is a fit for people who enjoy working directly with customers and want to build experience in customer service, sales, client relations, and account enrollment.

As a Client Representative, you’ll speak with prospective and existing customers, learn about their needs, explain client products and services, answer questions, and help them choose suitable options. You’ll also assist with new accounts and provide support to existing customers.

Previous experience is not required. Rise Up provides hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and support as you learn the role.

Client Representative Responsibilities

• Represent client brands professionally during in-person customer interactions
• Speak with prospective and existing customers in the Detroit area
• Learn about customer needs, preferences, and service requirements
• Explain available products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly
• Help customers compare options and identify solutions that fit their needs
• Assist with new customer accounts and service enrollments
• Answer account questions and explain service updates or available upgrades
• Build positive customer relationships through helpful communication
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity
• Stay informed about client products, services, and campaign updates
• Work with team members toward customer service and sales goals

Key Qualifications

• Able to work full-time and on-site in Detroit, MI
• Comfortable speaking directly with customers
• Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Professional, friendly, and dependable
• Organized, willing to learn, and able to work as part of a team
