Client Representative

Almega Enterprise is seeking two professional and personable Client Representatives to join our growing firm in Dublin, OH. This position works directly with local business clientele, providing account support, service information, follow-up communication, and a consistently positive client experience.

This is a strong opportunity for someone interested in building experience in client services, account support, customer relations, and professional business communication. Previous experience is helpful but not required, as training and ongoing coaching are provided.

As a Client Representative, you will serve as a point of contact for local business clients throughout the Dublin and greater Columbus area. Your focus will be understanding client needs, providing accurate information, assisting with account-related requests, and maintaining professional relationships.

Client Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with new and existing business clients
• Build and maintain positive, professional client relationships
• Assist with account questions, service updates, and general support needs
• Learn about each client's priorities and service requirements
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding available services and account options
• Assist with client onboarding and account updates
• Coordinate follow-up communication and help ensure requests are addressed
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and account activity
• Communicate client feedback and service needs to appropriate team members
• Stay informed on client programs, services, and account procedures
• Support local business outreach and client engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a high standard of client service

Key Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Available to work full-time and on-site
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and dependable approach to client interactions
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating with business professionals directly
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on client needs
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn and receive coaching
• Previous experience in customer service, client services, hospitality, administration, account support, or another client-facing role is preferred but not required
