Are you confident, personable, and motivated by results? aSpear Consulting is looking for a Client Sales & Support Representative to join our growing Tampa team.

This position blends client service, account support, and solution-based sales. You’ll communicate directly with prospective and existing clients, understand what they’re looking for, and help connect them with services that fit their needs.

Your Role

• Communicate with prospective and existing clients
• Identify client needs through one-on-one conversations
• Present services and available solutions
• Assist clients with questions throughout the process
• Conduct client follow-ups
• Develop and maintain professional relationships
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development

This is an in-office position in Tampa, FL.

Pay: $89,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
