Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional assistance to prospective and existing clients.
• Introduce available health coverage products and services.
• Walk customers through Sales and Enrollment process.
• Identify client needs and communicate appropriate next steps.
• Assist with client follow-ups and relationship management.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to support sales and service goals.
