What they need
Client Sales Representative
Brandlete · Philadelphia, PA (On-site) · Full-time
Pay: $1,154 – $1,442 (P/W)
You won't be selling for a business no one's heard of. You'll be representing brands companies already trust — starting conversations, not chasing them.
Brandlete runs outsourced B2B sales campaigns for major client brands, including national names like T-Mobile and Verizon. As a Client Sales Representative, you're representing brands directly to other businesses; identifying the right companies, getting decision-makers on a call or in a meeting, presenting the product or service clearly, and negotiating the deal to close.
The actual job
- Identify and prospect businesses that are a genuine fit for the client brand's product or service
- Get in front of decision-makers through in-person meetings, backed by email and LinkedIn outreach to get the door open, and build a pipeline of qualified opportunities, not just contacts
- Run discovery conversations to understand what a business actually needs before presenting the right product or service
- Present the client brand clearly and credibly, and handle pushback honestly instead of talking over it
- Negotiate terms, close the deal, and hand the account off clean for ongoing management
- Get your meetings and your close rate reviewed regularly; this is a coached role, not a sink-or-swim one
What it takes to do this well
- You're not intimidated by talking to someone more senior than you, you just need the confidence to start
- You can hear "no" without taking it personally, and you actually change your approach instead of repeating it louder
- You can run a pipeline like it matters, following up on time, every time
- You write and speak like someone a business owner would take seriously
- No degree needed. Prior B2B sales or outbound experience helps, but it's not required
Compensation & growth
Typical pay consists of $1,154–$1,442 a week to start (that's $60,000–$75,000 a year), paid out weekly, including uncapped commission. Progression here is based on merit, not seniority: the value you create determines how fast you move, not how long you've been here. Over 30 of our current business leaders were promoted from entry-level roles just like this one, through the same structured coaching path you'd be starting on.
How this is different
- You're opening doors with a name businesses already recognize
- Every meeting and every deal gets reviewed; real coaching, not a contact list and radio silence
- A genuine route into account management or sales leadership, earned by what you close, not how long you've been here
- A Philadelphia team that treats B2B sales as an actual career, not a stopgap on the way to something else
This is your lane if:
you'd rather have one real conversation with someone who can actually say yes, than a hundred that go nowhere.
