Elite Associates is partnering with a number of premium and luxury fashion, accessories, jewellery and lifestyle brands across London. I am currently recruiting Client Advisors and Senior Client Advisors for opportunities within flagship boutiques, leading department stores and standalone luxury locations.

These roles are ideal for polished, client-focused retail professionals who understand that exceptional luxury service goes beyond the transaction. You will build meaningful relationships, deliver thoughtful styling and product advice, and create a client journey that encourages long-term loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, personalised and elevated client experience from first interaction through to aftercare.
• Build, maintain and reactivate a strong client book through proactive clienteling and CRM activity.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, KPIs and key commercial measures.
• Develop strong product knowledge across collections, craftsmanship, heritage and new launches.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell, upsell and introduce clients to relevant categories.
• Support private appointments, VIP visits, events and bespoke client experiences where relevant.
• Maintain exceptional visual and operational standards on the shop floor.
• For Senior Client Advisor positions, act as a role model on the floor, support newer team members and help drive clienteling and sales performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience within luxury, premium fashion, accessories, jewellery, watches, beauty or a clienteling-led retail environment.
• A natural ability to build rapport and create returning clients.
• Confident communication, polished presentation and a genuine passion for luxury service.
• Strong sales results and experience working towards KPIs.
• Proactive, team-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• For senior-level roles, evidence of mentoring colleagues, leading by example and managing a strong client portfolio is highly desirable.
