Client Service Admin

What you'll do

• Be the first point of contact for clients — in person, by phone, and in writing
• Respond to inquiries, requests and maintenance issues quickly, and keep the client updated until each one isclosed
• Coordinate with the maintenance team and outside service providers to get issues resolved
• Keep clear records of every conversation and follow-up, so nothing gets forgotten
• Prepare and send client notices and announcements
• Manage documents digitally — PDFs, e-signatures, and filing any colleague can navigate
• Support day-to-day administration: documentation, reporting, scheduling
• Help organise client activities and keep the community a warm place to live

What we're looking for

1.Excellent English, spoken and written — essential, and tested at interview

2.Fluent Thai

3.Warm, approachable and genuinely service-minded

4.Calm under pressure — able to take a complaint well and solve the problem behind it

5.Proactive: you follow up before anyone has to chase you

6.Organised and accurate, able to hold many open requests without dropping one

7.Comfortable with digital paperwork — email, Word, Excel, PDFs, online documents

8.Experience in client service, hospitality or administration is a plus
