Client Service Advisor

About the role

A client-facing service delivery role offering technology advisory and management services. The Client Service Advisor works closely with stakeholders to support clients' digitalisation journey to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Offer cost-effective and practical advice on digitalisation roadmap, AI automation, IT budgeting and IT governance
• Be the first point of contact for clients in IT service management framework
• Assist in preparing proposals, estimates, and presentations for clients
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell IT managed services
• Strengthen client relationships to ensure service excellence
• Coordinate with technical teams and external vendors to provide complete end-to-end IT managed services

About you

• At least 3-year relevant experience in client service, service delivery, account management, or business or IT advisory roles
• Background in Accounting, Business, or related disciplines, with experience in or exposure to the IT or technology sector
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented
• Able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
