• At least 5 years of experience in client service, account administration, or operations within wealth management, private banking, or financial services.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clients while handling sensitive financial information with discretion.

• Strong working knowledge of account documentation, money movement procedures, and financial administrative processes.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain precision in detailed work.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills suited to a client-facing environment.

• Familiarity with wealth planning concepts, including support for annual financial reviews and broader financial guidance activities.

• Ability to work on-site in Fort Worth, Texas and collaborate closely with advisory leadership and internal stakeholders.
