Client Service Agent (Concierge)

About the role

Assist Asst. Client Services Supervisor to manage the day-to-day Client floor Operation in a professional manner while meeting client needs. Need to be culturally sensitive and perform work ethically and with integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure Greeting upon receiving of clients and show to the destined meeting room
• Update the booking system and call the User to inform the arrival of the clients
• Take and serve beverages orders to the client
• Respond to requests for information, service, and assistance in a timely manner
• Pro-actively manage Client expectations ensuring that the service levels are maintained
• Ensure Operations procedures are followed to ensure service standards are maintained
• Monitor guidelines and strategies to protect health and safety of staff and others, protect Client and Jones Lang LaSalle reputations
• Report any issues or concerns back to Management
• Actively support an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation & performance excellence
• Participate in Department briefings and team meetings

About you

• At least 2 years' experience within the hotel/hospitality industry
• Strong and professional communication skills needed to deal with private banking clientele
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of the surrounding places ie: location of the ATM, restaurant, direction to the train station
• Good Knowledge of the Client protocol
• Follow policies and procedures to complete tasks efficiently
