Client Service & Dealing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily client enquiries, account opening, account maintenance and related follow-up
• Conduct KYC/CDD reviews for individual and corporate accounts
• Handle client complaints and service-related matters
• Execute client orders in HK and US securities markets when required
• Handle trade enquiries and support daily dealing activities
• Monitor client positions and margin requirements, and assist with margin calls when necessary
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client service and operations
• Participate in system enhancement projects and UAT
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferred; relevant experience in client service, dealing or securities brokerage is preferred
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior position; fresh graduates will also be considered
• Holder of SFC Type 1 licence or relevant HKSI examination qualifications is an advantage
• Experience in securities dealing, margin financing or other investment products is an advantage
• Client-oriented, detail-minded with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage
• Willing to work outside normal office hours when operationally required
