What they need
The Client Service Associate plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and patient care at Minmed Screening Centres. Acting as a service ambassador, this position ensures a welcoming experience for participants during their health screenings.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer care to participants who visit for health screening
- Manage participants’ enquiries and appointments in a professional manner
- Assist with clinical procedures such as ECG and other biometric measurements
- Keep proper clinical records in line with MOH requirements
- Maintain good housekeeping and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma education
- Experience in healthcare or clinic setting advantageous
- Applicants with Hospitality background is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer and service-oriented posture
