Client Service Associate

What will you do as an Associate - Client Servicing:

• Finding prospective clients and getting them onboard with us
• Creating and executing an outreach strategy to generate warm leads
• Setting up product demo calls to showcase our product and solution
• Track pipeline, develop and communicate accurate forecasts of Client sales
• Help negotiate contract terms for new clients and close deals
• Keep up to date with all product releases and sales collateral

What are we looking for :

• Graduate in marketing, communications, or other relevant discipline
• 0-1 years of experience in B2B sales / Account Management.
• A consistent track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skills
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
• A robust analytical skill set
• Strong first-principles thinking, high intellectual curiosity, drive and persuasion skill
